Clare co-wrote a track on the Pussycat Dolls album PCD, which now has global sales of over six million.

She is a keen collaborator and has worked in the past with Greg Fitzgerald and Marvin Ambrosius.

An accomplished songwriter and musician, Clare was the bass player in 80's pop band Amazulu, enjoying chart success with hits such as Too Good To Be Forgotten.

She then made the move to Shakespear's Sister, becoming a permanent member of the band, touring and writing with Siobhan Fahey, with whom a writing partnership has endured.
