LUKAS BURTON
WRITER / PRODUCER
Lukas Burton is a songwriter and producer residing in Los Angeles. He started out in music as a dance music producer, probably most notably as one half of Mount Rushmore, who enjoyed two Billboard #1 Dance singles. After this success Lukas branched out into other areas of songwriting and record production and built up an impressive folio of artists with whom he has worked. This includes co-writing and producing Amanda Ghost's debut album, co-writing for Anastacia, a remix for Dido, a top ten hit with Samantha Mumba's Body II Body, a BMI award for his co-write of Cherie' s US hit I'm Ready and the Paul McCartney / Lulu R'n'B collaboration, Inside Thing (Let 'Em In).

More recently Lukas has moved into the business side of music, helping devlop Alison Sudol into the beuatiful act that is A Fine Frenzy, working with US rock band Dommin and UK based singer-songwriter Nick Hall.
