Apollo 440's 5th studio album, aptly titled The Future's What It Used To Be is out Jan 30 2012 on their own Stealth Sonic Recordings label.

One of the original pioneers of dance/rock, are back with their first new material to be released in 8 years.
Apollo 440's 5th studio album, aptly titled The Future's What It Used To Be is out in Jan 2012 on their own Stealth Sonic Recordings label.

And first up is A Deeper Dub EP & A Deeper Dub Mixes released in November.

The EP's title track is 440's red, gold & green rinse on the Clivilles & Cole house classic, A Deeper Love.

Then come another couple of tasters for the forthcoming album, with an edit of Smoke & Mirrors and ambient mix, specially for the EP, of Fuzzy Logic which samples the late American illuminatus, Robert Anton Wilson.

Finally, a live version of crowd favourite Altamont Super-Highway Revisited - this one recorded last year at hip Spirit of Burgas Festival where they were second on the bill to Prodigy.

The Mixes come from Cut Up Boys, KGee and Noko & with a 440 Instrumental.

 

 

IDA CORR: UPFRONT CLUB CHART #1

Reverb artist Ida Corr is at Number 1 in the UK Upfront Club Chart with the Global Deejays. My Friend is written by Ida and the Global Deejays and released on Superstar Recordings. Ida was last at the #1 spot with her massive hit Let Me Think About It.

 

 

REVERB RECORDS CLIENTS GET MIDEM BUZZING

Licensing phones are hot after Ida Corr, Camille Jones & Kenneth Bager grab the honours for the Midem gig to be at.
With the club jam packed, and hundreds turned away, excellent sets from all the Danes did Denmark proud.
Ida & Camille were showcasing their new singles - Ride My Tempo (Ida) and Difficult Guys (Camille). Post Midem the phones have been off the hook.
The Kenneth Bager Experience album Fragments From A Space Cadet is signed to Polydor in the UK and will be out in May.

SUGABABES - GIRLS AT #3 & ON BOOTS AD

Reverb's Nicole Jenkinson & Anna McDonald write the latest smash for Sugababes, which was also produced by Reverb Records' client Traxstarz's Mel Kuiters & Si Hulbert. Reverb's Mark Lusty came up with the concept for the project, getting Anna & Nicole to write the verses to the sample, and bringing in Traxstarz to produce it. Huge on radio, Girls topped the UK airplay charts prior to taking its place in the top 5. The Sugababes replace the original for the Boots campaign.

The album, Catfights And Spotlights, debuts at #8

IDA CORR VS FEDDE LE GRAND WINS AIRPLAY AWARD

Following its chart success Ida Corr vs Fedde Le Grand's Let Me Think About It, has received a Nielsen Music Control UK Airplay award, recognising that the song has been played over 10,000 times on UK radio stations.

Ida has a number of live shows lined up across Europe through out the year click here for more details.

Ida Corr and Fedde Le Grand's song Let Me Think About It is a massive number two hit.

This is the second time in 2007 that Reverb Records' and Reverb Music's Danish client Lifted Music has come up trumps – the first time being with Camille Jones and Fedde Le Grand's track The Creeps, which also went top ten.
