With a career spanning across four decades, Ivor Novello winner, multiple BMI Awards winner, and Grammy nominated Mich "Cutfather" Hansen has consistently proved himself to be a world class writer/producer working with some of the most successful artists in contemporary music of their day - from his Gammy nomination for Queen Latifah in the 80s, through to Mark Morrison's worldwide smash Return of the Mack in '96 and Jamelia's Superstar in 2003, to 2012's Sport Relief Single & 3 tracks on the latest platinum album for JLS.
Amassing 7 #1s and 37 top 10 hit singles in the UK, as well as 4 top 10 singles in the US, and working with artists such as Kylie, The Wanted, Pussycat Dolls, Jordin Sparks, Pixie Lott and The Saturdays, Cutfather is a formidable force in creating hit pop and R&B songs.
He has collaborated with a number of writer/producers over the years, including Joe Belmaati, their Superstar for Jamelia winning them coveted Ivor Novello Awards and becoming PRS' 4th most popular song of the last decade.
In 2011 Cutfather also became a judge on X-Factor Denmark - with the winning act - and returns for 2012.
